Worship at Ceasa

CEASA in Rio de Janeiro is a large food supply center frequented by producers and traders daily.

The Ministry carries out evangelization activities, volunteer actions and food collection for the shelter "A Minha Casa". In August, services resumed at CEASA at 5 am, before work hours.

The team began preparations at 4:30 a.m. , and the theme of the service was "The Nature of God: He Does Not Reject Us," based on Luke 15, highlighting God's unconditional love. Youth from the ministry participated, and the experience was blessed, positively impacting the lives of everyone involved.

“A Minha Casa” Shelter

On October 7 , 2023, "A Minha Casa" shelter held a Children's Day event, with the participation of the CURA Ministry and volunteers.

The day included games, a play about helping others, and a trampoline. Each child received a gift according to their request, making their wishes come true. The event was supported by the CURA Ministry, which is responsible for bimonthly actions and food collections at Ceasa for the shelter.

Volunteers and donors were thanked and invited to the Christmas event on December 9, with information available via WhatsApp (21.98710-7070).

Children's Ministry

The CURA Ministry emphasizes the importance of children, based on the vision that the Kingdom of God belongs to them (Luke 18:16). The Children's Ministry offers personalized classes in Sunday services, in person and online, using playful methods and Bible reading to teach about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

The positive impact of these classes is reflected in the active participation of teenagers in the Ministry's worship, as per testimonies shared in the October 15, 2023 service, available on the YouTube channel.

In addition to the spiritual aspects, the meetings address inner healing. Parents are invited to include their children in the upcoming Children's Ministry services, promising an enriching experience.

Ministry of Intercession

The word "Prayer" means PRAY + ACTION. I understood that it was not enough to just pray for the miracle, but it was necessary to act as if it already existed, positioning myself in obedience to receive the blessing. By doing what God expected, the enemy would not have the authority to deprive me of the blessings, releasing them over time.

Previously, I had contact with intercession; now, I feel honored to be part of this Ministry, open to everyone without prerequisites.

Anyone can be an intercessor, just make yourself available to talk to Jesus. Meetings take place every Monday at 7pm , in person in Barra da Tijuca or remotely via Zoom. - Mariana Lima

Healing Group

The CURA Ministry aims for excellence by renaming the former "Cura e Crescimento" (Healing and Growth) Group to "Cura e Aconselhamento" (Healing and Counseling) Group (GHC). Based on Proverbs 11:14b, which highlights wisdom in counselors, GHC emphasizes the importance of counseling to discern divine plans.

Jesus is the chief counselor, but the Ministry recognizes pastors and watchmen on Earth as helpers. Individual and group shepherding is crucial to sharpening the spiritual sword and discerning God's signs, fostering spiritual growth.

The GHC takes place every Thursday at 8pm, in person at Barra da Tijuca or online via Zoom. Participation is open to all interested parties, who simply need to express their desire to receive support from the team.
